T&C and How To Buy

1. Our store is real. We are not a part time seller. We are registered with SSM. You are welcome to walk in to our store to see more choices and feel the fabrics as you wish. Feel free also to browse our collections online.

2. All items will be sent via PosLaju or Pos Express. Price indicated on the page does not include the postage price. Do not worry, postage is as low as RM8 depending on the weight and size.

3. Please indicate the code number and color so that the right item is delivered to you. You may send through text messaging or through emails. Please also indicate your contact number, full name and most importantly, your address.

4. Items will be dispatched once payment has been made and acknowledged. The payment can be made at the banks as indicated in this note. Please update us the payment transaction via fax, email or text messaging.

5. Items can be dispatched within the same day if the payment is made and acknowledged before 3.00pm everyday. Depending on your location, your item may arrive within 1-2 days. As we know, within Peninsular Malaysia the item can be received the very next business day. We will also update you the tracking number so that you can track your item.

6. We always try our best to show the color of the garment to you. However, the color may vary a little due to monitor resolutions and lighting during photo shoot. We do not want to have any dispute regarding discrepancies about the garment color.

7. Neither refunds nor exchanges are allowed. Goods sold are considered final. Any defects on the item solely caused by buyers will not be entertained.
